Buying concert tickets on the internet. What is the Cooling off period?

July 10th, 2008 | by admin |
Figfoo asked:

I have bought four concert tickets on line . I am not sure if the company is a proper ticket sales company and would like to receive a full refund. They state that they have to source the tickets for me, so don’t actually have them as yet. They are called Londonticketshop.co.uk. Does the 7 day cooling off period apply? They are based in Budapest Hungary. Many thanks.

The seller that gave you will be able to get refund from the tickets though and you paid more than 100 on credit from.

call your credit card company and ask if there is any way they can help. Tell them you are not sure if they are a legit company.
