Al Terry asked:

A concert ticket broker is a great help if you want to see a concert, especially at the last moment. New York, a city full of entertainment, has a number of concerts going on at the same time, but still the tickets are not easy to get. Concert tickets for popular live concerts are always difficult to procure, unless you use the services of a concert ticket broker. Most concert ticket brokers can be accessed online, and you can obtain all information vis-à-vis schedules, ticket purchases, etc. All concert ticket brokers can offer you a wide selection of live concert tickets, and you need to ensure that the ticket broker you contact is a legitimate one.

Tickets to a Pop, Rock Pop, or Country Pop concert, or tickets for live concerts of your favorite stars, or for your favorite events - a legitimate concert ticket broker will never disappoint you. At any given time, concerts or events such as:

American Idols Live

Dixie Chicks

Jimmy Buffett

Madonna

Panic! At the Disco

Pearl Jam

Shakira

V Festival

The Who

. . . are always on, with tickets difficult to come by. This is where a concert ticket broker comes in handy.

A concert ticket broker, who has been in the business of providing live concert tickets to his patrons, has a reputation to protect, and will always ensure that his patrons are always satisfied.

The services of a concert ticket broker is to attend to all the ticketing needs of his patrons, including going that extra length to provide the premium seats for the concert of your choice. Most legitimate and licensed concert ticket brokers are courteous and professional in their dealings with their patrons.

The Mantra - You Ask, We Get

You just need to tell the concert ticket broker the concert of your choice, and he provides the tickets. A good concert ticket broker is usually a one-stop shop as far as you should be concerned. The broker has the contacts in the industry to find the tickets for the live concerts – which are usually hard to find. For that elusive ticket to your favorite concert, you need to pay a bit more than the face value of the ticket. Whether it is a single ticket you are looking for, or group tickets, you will need to pay extra to cover the cost of procuring these tickets for you. As you know – there are no free lunches!

You, of course, have an option of trying to get your tickets directly from the venue.

A legitimate concert ticket broker will charge a reasonably higher amount , but will ensure you the tickets of your choice. The extra charge over the face value reflects the difficulty in procuring tickets for you through his contacts. At times, the more popular a concert, and more popular the star, the higher you will have to pay for your tickets.

Al Terry asked:

Billy Joel concert tickets are something that you don’t get to see sitting for long. Why? Because they sell out in seconds! A singer, pianist, and songwriter, Billy Joel devoted himself to music since he was a child. At the age of 14, he joined his first band and since then, played the piano in various piano bars as “Bill Martin.” His real name is William Martin Joel.

Billy Joel’s style is different. He takes you on a trip to romantic boulevards, packed bars, and hazy factory streets down America’s northeast. His concerts are perfect for your date, your family, or a group of friends, or even your grandparents!

Billy Joel has successfully toured with Elton John. He has been compared with the Beatles and Elton John by his fans. His debut album was the “Piano Man”, released in 1973.

Billy Joel’s first love has always been classical music. He’s fond of experimenting with new classical styles of entertaining his audience. His numbers have managed to climb the top of charts. His first classical album “Fantasies and Delusions” received a mixed response, but became the Number One in the list of classical charts. After the 9/11 attacks, about 150 songs were pulled from airplay. In the list was included Billy Joel’s “Only the Good die Young.”

Billy spent his childhood in a town known as Hicksville, which is located in the outskirts of New York. In his songs, Billy has made several references to the metropolitan area of New York City, especially the Long Island. However, his most popular songs are those that refer to life in Lehigh County in Pennsylvania. They are compiled in an album titled “Allentown” that was released in 1982.

Billy Joel has also appeared on the renowned “The Oprah Winfrey Show” in order to promote his Legacy release under the name of “The Stranger 30th Anniversary Edition.” The release contains numbers that are typical Billy Joel style. A few examples are “Just The Way You Are,” “She’s Always A Woman”, and “Only The Good Die Young”.

If you missed the show, don’t worry. You now have a chance to watch Billy Joel, not from your television sets, but live on stage! This will happen on July 16th and 18th this year at Shea Stadium situated in Queens, New York. Billy is preparing to enchant you with his sensational “Last Play at Shea”. Are you prepared to be seduced by some heavenly music?

If yes, then pick your phone and dial the number of ticketing services. Forget the box office or anything else. These are not the places to look for Billy Joel concert tickets. The best place is the internet. Book your tickets online or call the services. They will even deliver your tickets at your doorstep. Wow!

Getting ready to watch the star? Then first be pampered as a star yourself! Make no efforts and get the tickets to one of the most happening shows in town. Billy Joel concert tickets are an all-time favorite.

Kim

Granola Girl asked:

I’m hoping to get tickets to an Eric Clapton concert next month, but it’s sold out so I’ll have to buy the tickets from Craigslist. How can I tell if the tickets are real, or if I’m just going to be ripped off? Can you tell just by looking at the tickets? What are some ways to be sure that I don’t lose a couple hundred bucks?

Thanks!
Do you think they’re more expensive on eBay?

Yeah you’re definitely right, I should have been quicker about this, but I just found out about it on Saturday night so I’m just trying to pull something together! My birthday’s the day after the concert, so I thought that would be a great way to celebrate the big one six.

Brian Mcgregor asked:

If you’re looking for a Bob Dylan concert ticket, you may be at a loss as to how you are going to afford it. The price of concert tickets seems to have risen substantially in recent years, and you may need to use a little initiative if you want to see Bob Dylan in concert.

There are several ways in which the money shortage problem can be attacked. Here are a few ideas for you. Some of these are sensible, some are stupid and some are clever.

For example, it makes every sense to simply save up for your Bob Dylan concert ticket. Every sense, but dull! Or, you could try selling some of your material goods on eBay. You’ll undoubtedly make money, but what a chore! Or how about going cap in hand to the person most likely to fall for your hard times story, and who would see the opportunity of funding your concert ticket purchase as a mission of mercy? Sucker!

If these (relatively) sensible ideas aren’t for you, how about some off the wall suggestions towards raising funds to buy that ticket?

Hold a garage sale. Why not convert all that junk you’ve grown out of into cash? Or how about doing a sponsored diet, walk, swim, run, climb, bungee jump, parachute - whatever takes your fancy?

Turning away from the ridiculous, let’s consider the sublime. What would you say if there was a way in which you could get in to see the Bob Dylan concert for free? It is possible. All you need is a backstage pass.

“Is that all?”, I hear you ask, in an unbelieving sort of way.

Yes, that is all.

A backstage pass will get you in to your concert. You’ll be able to take photographs while the general punters are having their cameras confiscated. You could be on the side of the stage watching, and you might even meet Bob Dylan.

Now, there are techniques in applying for a backstage pass to any concert. There are certain people to approach in certain ways. You need to know who these people are, how to contact them and what you need to get over to them in order for them to give you your backstage pass.

If you know the right way to go about this, you can have fantastic success. If you go about it the wrong way, however, then you’d better find the money from somewhere because the only way in to the concert for you is to buy a ticket!

Fortunately, there are several resources available to help you succeed in getting backstage passes. For example, ConcertGroove offer a free ebook on the topic. It’s really an introduction, but it will be useful to you if you’re totally new to the concept of backstage passes.

If you really want to get your Bob Dylan concert ticket without paying, in other words get a backstage pass, you could try searching on Google and seeing what other resources are there for you.

Without doubt, having a backstage pass is a very exciting proposition. Getting close up and personal with your favorite is what it’s all about.

Charlotte
