How can I get inexpensive concert tickets?

Me and my best friend are looking for a website or something that can get us 3 tickets to the Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Tour that is coming to Glendale,AZ on the 9th of November. This would be our very first concert,and we’d really like to go. If anyone has any idea where we can find some tickets for at least decent seating,please post here. We’d really appreciate it. Thanks!!
Please do not say Ticketmaster because we already checked and all tickets are SOLD OUT!! Trust me,it was the first place to look.
