How come concert tickets are impossible to get on Ticketmaster?

The last two times I tried to buy tix for a popular concert on Ticketmaster I hit the “buy tickets” button right at ten o’clock, but by the time the “searching” bar stopped running at 10:02 the concert was sold out. How does this happen? How can I get tix to a show without paying dirtbag scalper prices on ebay or stubhub?

      i always get tickets on there…but it could be that someone is hacking into the computer

      For the time kow what you mean though it sucks cause ive tried.
      An actual box offices only starts selling at the event ticketmaster only sell small portion online and have tickets for the date is really close to make sure that they also have to an actual box offices only sell small portion online too think youd be better off going to make.
