How do you get front row concert tickets?

Like the power sellers on ebay. They always have front row tickets to the best concerts. Does anyone know how you can get these tickets?

    The concert venue too let them know that you are chair bound and see if they put you up the front.

    Know someone at the ticket office. But quite often front row are not the best seats especially if the stage is high. Go for row 4 if it is.
    Only been there once, saw page and plant at wembley arena and couldn’t see the drummer!
