How does the ticketmaster presale work? CODE/PASSWORD always needed?

Is a presale code needed in these cases?? It doesnt says anything about it on the ticketmaster page.
I just want to be prepared for that day and try to find a code, if needed.
I already have an account with Ticketmaster.
