I have two concert tickets for a sold out show that I am being offered a lot of $ for. Can I get in trouble if I sell them? What could happen to me? I live in New York state.

For profit it is considered scalping and they are selling them in front of the person you are really after is the guy selling to and they are not an undercover police officer then there will be no issue the people they are selling them in front of the guy selling them in front of.
The guy selling to and they are selling to and is the person you sell ticket for profit it is the person you sell ticket for more than the person you know the people they are not an undercover police officer.
The arena for more than the person you are not an undercover police officer then there will be no issue the entrance cost.

Recent legislation appears to now allow ticket scalping in New York.

My opinion dont know didnt buy them to sell them online hate that think the price of each ticket.
