What does the time mean on concert tickets?

I have tickets for a concert coming up, unfortunatley my work wouldn’t let me have the day off.
i work till 5:30 and the concert is about an hour away and on the ticket it says “show 7:30″
does this mean doors open at 7:30, opening bands start at 7:30 or the actual band…?
there floor seats too so if it’s the show that starts then can you get in still or will they have closed the doors?

Never known a concert to start on time,, get there as soon as you can don’t worry about getting in if you have a valid ticket you’ll be ok for entry
