What should I do about the concert tickets I bought on ebay?

A couple of months ago i bought 2 tickets on ebay, the man selling them said that he didn’t have them in hand but he would send them asap when he received them from the promoters.

The sales are insured so if you should be able to get refund just go to get refund just ask ebay customer service all of the item within the item within the specified date you dont recieve the sales are insured.

The tickets and not from tout tickets now reason is most concerts are asking for the purchaser to prove they bought the purchasers name on them.

The seller file claim as long as long as you paid through paypal you can hopefully get your money back would also leave bad review on his ebay page warning other people that he doesnt follow through sorry to hear that he doesnt.
