When you purchase tickets from a ticketmaster outlet rather than online is it cheaper?

If I were to purchase my tickets from a physical ticketmaster retailer would it be cheaper than ordering online?
When you order online there are three charges:
Facility charge
Processing charge
and 9.35 cent per ticket convenience charge.

Do they still charge you all three of those fees if you purchase offline?
